In the second quarter of 2015, compared with the previous quarter, the number of job vacancies grew by nearly 400 or 2.8 percent. Compared with the second quarter of 2014, job vacancies grew by 1,900 or 16.6 percent.
In the second quarter of 2015, most job vacancies opened in trade (400), public governance and defence; mandatory social insurance and industry (nearly 200 each). The number of vacancies decreased the most in education, science or technical sector; accommodation and catering companies (100 each).
Most job vacancies were available in industry – 3,000 (22.5 percent of all vacancies), trade – 2,200 (16.3 percent), public governance and defence; mandatory social insurance – 1,500 (11.4 percent).
