Business ethics from the East bring corruption to Lithuania – Grybauskaitė

According to Grybauskaitė, this year in Europe has been different from 2013 in terms of both security and business due to geopolitical tensions. The president expressed her satisfaction that Sweden, which is not a member of NATO, nevertheless shares with Lithuania and the entire Alliance similar views on security threats both worldwide and in Europe.

“Regarding this geopolitical situation the Nordic countries have never disappointed Lithuania,” she said during the opening ceremony. The president also spared no criticism to those who want to indulge interests of Russia‘s business and politics.
