The agenda includes Ebola, the situation in Libya, Iraq, Syria, the threat of the Islamic State group, also the Middle East peace process and the situation in the Gaza Strip and Ukraine.
For the last time the meeting will be chaired by Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
