Euro area’s Economic Sentiment Indicator drops to 10-month low

The outlook was also gloomy in the European Union as a whole, as the index fell by one point compared to August to 103.6, another 10-month low.

According to the European Commission, the ESI in Lithuania fell from 100.5 points in August to 99.6 points in September.

Meanwhile, the ESI in Latvia it fell from 102.9 points in August to 102.1 points in September, whereas in Estonia – from 99.9 to 99.7 points.
