Judge Svetlana Jurgaitienė of the Kaunas Regional Court imposed a fine of 1,900 euros on Kuzobovski and ordered him to pay 2,000 euros in non-material damage.
The pre-trial investigation found that Kuzobovski and Renata Labinaitė-Bukinienė, the other defendant in the case, unlawfully collected information about the private lives of Jucevičius, one of his deputies and their families between December 2013 and June 2014 by secretly following, photographing and filming them and audio-recording their meetings.
The court acquitted Labinaitė-Bukinienė of the charges
