“One needs cards, an electronic signature and has to carry too many documents with them to prove that they are actually investors,” she said after meeting with a group of foreigners living in Lithuania.
According to Grybauskaitė, the overall picture for foreigners investing in Lithuania is “positive and good and no major changes are needed, but there are still bureaucratic constraints”.
