Foreign minister: Lithuania is helping businesses in search of new markets

In an interview to the Kauno Diena daily on Monday, the minister said there were just a few businesspeople whose business interests made them unhappy with the country’s position on Russia.

“There were a few cases of dissatisfaction. Otherwise our relations with business are fine. We meet with members of business associations and have open discussions on all of the problems they may face. They state their expectations, give us advise and remarks. We help them to look for markets abroad. We have set 27 directions, which we should work in together with businessmen. These are not protocol but practical matters. We have no complaints, quite the opposite, we work in a single information field,” said the minister.
