Former VU rector Juodka elected president of Employers’ Confederation

“I will seek to ensure that the Lithuanian Employers’ Confederation becomes a rational voice and professional partner in creating an advanced education system meeting the needs of the market and a business climate ensuring the country’s international competitiveness,” Juodka said in a press release.

Augustinas Rakauskas, a shareholder of the Senukai chain of building supplies, do-it-yourself goods and household appliances, was elected as LDK president in early 2015, but stepped down in 2016.
