Health minister’s condition ‘serious’

Požela was admitted to Santariškės Clinics in Vilnius last week, according to a source within the Social Democratic Party.

“His condition is rather serious,” he has told DELFI, adding that the minister’s treatment “will take a while”.

Požela has been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, inflammation of the pancreas, during his holiday.
