The public survey also put conductor Donatas Katkus on the list of most influential public figures, followed by priest Ričardas Doveika, Algirdas Kaušpėdas, an architect and leader of music group Antis, Bishop Gintaras Grušas, theater and opera director Dalia Ibelhauptaitė, theater director Oskaras Koršunovas, educologist Austėja Landsbergienė and conductor Gintaras Rinkevičius.
A separate survey of Lithuania’s elite, carried out by magazine Reitingai, revealed that Katkus was replaced in the TOP-3 by Professor Liudas Mažylis of Vytautas Magnus University. But Kaušpėdas and Rinkevičius failed to get on the list which also included Professor Tomas Venclova and political scientist Kęstutis Girnius.
