Jolanta Grašienė joins the SBA Group Board

Jolanta Grašienė, Vice President of SBA, has been confirmed as a new member of the SBA Group Management Board, heading the Group’s finance, IT, organisation development and project management functions. In order to increase the efficiency of management, the new member of the Board will be accompanied by a review of the principles for the formation of the Boards of major SBA companies.

“The joining of an experienced, competent leader with an excellent understanding of the Group’s core areas of corporate governance will contribute to focusing the entire organisation on key priorities and development projects during this challenging period. At the same time, Jolanta’s appointment marks a review of the SBA Group’s and its businesses’ board model, which aims to increase management efficiency, value-added growth and the speed of decisions,” says SBA President Arūnas Martinkevičius.

“I appreciate the trust and the opportunity to grow in an ambitious group of companies. SBA is currently in a dynamic, intense and challenging phase. After five years, I already see a group that is completely changed and even more firmly focused on global expansion, while developing and implementing unique, high value-added ideas. My priorities for the near future are to focus on the Group’s operational efficiency, financial resilience, enabling successful implementation of development projects, and further strengthening of SBA’s internal culture,” says J.
