Valatka will help the Liberals to prepare for parliamentary elections in October 2016.
“Recently I have been looking for work that would not only bring money but also a job that would be acceptable and close to my heart. From all the job proposals that I have received, the one from the Liberal Movement was the best for me. I have never denied that liberalism is what I subscribe to as a doctrine. Therefore, I am very happy to continue my career while working together with the Liberal Movement. I hope to help this growing political force to achieve its highest aims,” Valatka said.
For the last three years Valatka had been working as the editor-in-chief of the web portal and weekly newspaper 15min. Previously, he had worked as editor-in-chief of another online newspaper, lrytas.lt, and deputy editor-in-chief of the daily Lietuvos Rytas.
