According to Rotten Wi-Fi, a public Wi-Fi and 3G/4G watchdog, Europe is ahead of all other continents in best public WiFi services with Lithuania at the top of the list, offering 15.40 Mbps average download speed.
The company measured and evaluated the quality of public Wi-Fi hotspots in 172 countries. Croatia comes second with 14.05 Mbps and Lithuania’s northern neighbour Estonia is number three with 13.75.
The rest of the top ten is also made up of European countries. Singapore, the highest-ranking non-European country, comes 12th.
