Skvernelis dismissed the attack, which claimed four lives, as “unjustifiable and censurable conduct, which will not help the people behind it to achieve their objectives.”
“We are willing to help Allies in the common efforts against sources of terrorism. The attack showed once again the need for active cooperation and information exchange among special forces. Furthermore, relevant prevention and surveillance is clearly needed,” Skvernelis said after delivering condolences to the victims.
President Dalia Grybauskaitė said that “Lithuania strongly condemned such brutal and unjustifiable act of violence and stood in solidarity with the Swedish nation.”
