Lithuanian army chief: We will buy from Lithuanian producers if they offer good price-quality ratio

“If the price-quality ratio is the same as the one on the market, we will always support Lithuanian producers. But, of course, if that’s more expensive and the acquisition is more complicated, then, undoubtedly, we always issue international calls for tenders, since we are a member of the EU and NATO,” he told journalists on Tuesday.

The chief of defence is attending a parliamentary conference on the Lithuanian defence industry and the needs of the army on Tuesday.
