Head of the company, Simas Slabačiauskas told lrytas.lt that Drama Burger had already introduced the idea of a homemade burger from Lithuania to the future customers in Tampa.
Food critics say that the pastrami burgers offered by the new restaurant are likely to be the most worthy of consumer’s attention. The beef for these burgers takes nine days to prepare: the meat is smoked for a week, boiled in a low temperature for two days and then finely sliced.
The Drama Burger restaurant brand is owned by company UAB Septyni mėsainiai, which employs 44 workers. The city of Tampa has a population of 350,000 – around the same population as the city of Kaunas.
