Lithuanian company Orbio World acquires start-up Fraîcheur Paris

Orbio World, a company that develops and sells wellness, household, and electronic products across almost the entire world, has acquired UAB Neorus, which operates Fraîcheur Paris. This brand is rapidly gaining popularity in the US, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

The entire team at the new company and Ingrida Černiauskaitė, the founder of Fraîcheur Paris, will continue to work on the development of the brand and its most popular product, a facial massager with cold therapy. It has been noticed and featured in magazines such as Vogue, Elle, Glamour, and Harper’s Bazaar.

Seen around the world

“We’ve been following Fraîcheur Paris for some time and have seen how boldly it is entering international markets, growing sales, and succeeding in both the business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) segments.

The brand seemed not only promising but also a perfect fit for Orbio World’s portfolio – we want to give the world access to only high-quality products. Together with Ingrida, we have found common goals, and I am confident that the acquisition of Fraîcheur Paris will be a win-win situation for both parties,” says Tomas Mačernis, CEO of Orbio World.

T. Mačernis said that this purchase gives Orbio World a strong entry into the skincare category, as it comes with a quality brand that is well-known worldwide and has a large customer base. Orbio World is also working on integrating the new company’s processes to grow and expand the newly acquired brand.

Fraîcheur Paris’s flagship product, a cold therapy facial massager, is currently distributed by major international players such as Asos, Cult Beauty, Notino, Current Body, Shiseido, and Harrods, among others.

A new phase of growth

“We have created a product with a unique niche and a great success story. However, eventually, it was time to decide whether to maintain our position or grow the brand – I chose the latter.

The global beauty market is highly competitive, so successful growth requires investment, resources, experience and knowledge. Orbio World has exactly that – it successfully organises global sales of products and has extensive practical experience in developing e-commerce. Orbio World, like us, has set ambitious goals, so I have no doubt that with their help and know-how, we will achieve impressive results,” says I. Černiauskaitė.

UAB Neorus has been operating since 2016. In 2018, it launched a cryomassager and the brand Fraîcheur Paris.

Orbio World is a Lithuanian-owned company that combines digital advertising and e-commerce services. It is well established on the international market, with more than 2 million customers worldwide.
