Lithuanian Prime Minister to meet EU Agriculture Commissioner

Algirdas Butkevičius said he will also be meeting with European Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker shortly on the matter.

The Prime Minister said that in recent times farmers have suffered losses of €75 million. The situation is due to the closure of the Russian market and the global dairy market crisis.
