One of the most anticipated innovation events runs 21-22 October at Old Billingsgate and aims at bringing the best entrepreneurs and investors for in-depth interviews, panels and product demos, Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the United Kingdom said.
It is hardly surprising to see the Lithuanian Pavilion at TechCrunch Disrupt – in recent years Lithuania has put a big emphasis on promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation, the embassy says.
“There is an increasing number of young Lithuanian entrepreneurs who are capable of bringing their ground-breaking ideas to the world’s leading exhibitions like TechCrunch Disrupt. This says a lot about our country’s entrepreneurial potential and should send an encouraging message to prospective foreign investors,” Lithuanian Ambassador Asta Skaisgirytė-Liauškienė said.
The Lithuanian Pavilion at TechCrunch includes start-ups ranging from user-friendly Drag and Drop bookmarking to the concept of global B2B pharmaceuticals marketplace.
