The EU average stands at 83 percent.

The indicator puts Lithuania behind Poland (85 pct) and Estonia (81 pct), however, slightly ahead of Latvia with 69 percent.

Some 65 percent of Lithuanian see inflation as the biggest problem for Lithuania.

“As compared with 2016, the importance of inflation in Lithuania increased and it considered important by 14 percentage points more citizens than a year ago. Without doubt, the numbers reflect the actual situation, i.e., high actual inflation in Lithuania. The outlook for 2018 in this respect is no good for the citizens of Lithuania,” reads the Eurobarometer report about Lithuania.

The standard Eurobarometer survey was carried out across the 28 countries of the European Union in November of 2017.
