Lithuania’s govt considers moving ministries to complex next to parlt – daily

To translate the plan into reality, the building should be built from scratch in a territory owned by the parliament and earlier planned for a new dormitory for MPs.

“We conducted an analysis of the benefits the state would have from moving the ministries. We have not yet worked out the legal procedures. Final touches are still needed. We need to speak with the parliament’s leadership as the land site is currently owned by the Seimas that planned to build a dormitory there,” Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis told the daily.
