Lithuania’s Labour Party seeks 56 mayoral posts

The party will also take part in the local council elections in 58 municipalities and expects to increase their number of council members to 300.

In the last municipal elections, the Labour Party’s candidates won 156 seats. Currently, the party’s members work in 55 local councils, while the Labour Party’s mayors head three municipalities.
