Lufthansa cancels flights from Vilnius on Friday as pilots extend strike

Two flights from Vilnius were been cancelled on Friday, Indrė Baltrušaitienė, spokeswoman for Lietuvos Oro Uostai (Lithuanian Airports), the operator of the country’s three biggest airports, told BNS.

Thursday flights took off as scheduled since the action targeted long-haul flights, leaving the short and medium-haul flights unaffected.
