Some 7.8 percent of those polled think about emigration but have not yet taken any action, in addition to 17.2 percent who would choose to emigrate, if they got a good job offer abroad.
According to the poll, 59.7 percent of respondents have no emigration plans.
Meanwhile 11.4 percent of the respondents did not give an answer.
The survey of 1,004 respondents aged between 18 and 75 was carried out for DELFI by Spinter Tyrimai (Spinter Surveys) public opinion and market research company on 17-27 October.
