The 5,100-square-metre six-storey office building, Narbuto 5, is to be located on Narbuto Street just outside central Vilnius and will be completed in early 2017. The developer, E.L.L. Nekilonajams Turtas, says it will invest €9 million into the building.
“Vilnius has become one of the fastest growing European capitals and a true city of the future,” Vilnius Mayor Remigijus Šimašius said at the foundation laying ceremony. “For the successful growth to continue and in order to attract talent and new investment, it is vital for Vilnius to develop infrastructure and create excellent conditions for businesses to operate and be creative.”
Developers say Narbuto 5 will meet BREEAM sustainable building standards and feature advanced systems for ventilation, conditioning and heating.
“We have also considered the leisure of working individuals – the Business Residence will be equipped with bicycle storage rooms, showers, and active leisure room,” said Kęstutis Garbonis, construction and development manager at E.L.L. Nekilnojamas Turtas.
The company is part of E.L.L. Kinnisvara group, a leading Baltic real estate developer, and has already completed several shopping mall and business centre projects in Vilnius and Šiauliai.
