PM sees no need for agreement to curb emigration

“Let’s fully implement the government’s program. This will help both reduce emigration and encourage people to come back and, as far as the demographic situation goes, will encourage people to have children,” Skvernelis said during an online chat hosted by 15min.lt.

“Do we need to sign an agreement? (Do we need) yet another separate program? Do you know how these programs are written? All ministries will take things out of their plans and combine these together. Some ministry will be made responsible and nothing will be done,” he added.
