President Grybauskaitė’s chief adviser on economy and social policy takes office

Kaminskaitė-Salters, 36, graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science. She earned her Master of Philosophy degree specialising in international relations from Oxford University. Later she received Doctorate degree in law from Maastricht University.

For a number of years she had worked in law sector in the United Kingdom. In recent years, Kaminskaitė-Salters was senior adviser at the UK Government’s Department for International Development, and, later, associate director of energy efficiency and social programmes at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM).
