The bank says it is currently implementing necessary changes in its entire cash machine network across Lithuania.
“Seeking to become well prepared for the currency change, we decided to make the necessary changes in two cash dispensers so that they issue euro notes prior to 1 January. We can monitor how the system operates and effectively prepare for the moment when all cash dispensers have to issue euros,” said Virginijus Doveika, vice-president and head of Retail Banking Division at SEB.
