Turkish Airlines starts non-stop Vilnius-Istanbul service

Effective from 26 October 2014, the schedule will no longer feature Tallinn, instead it will be a non-stop service between Vilnius and Istanbul. The new service will run 5 times a week, Vilnius Airport reports.

“The new service from Vilnius is a direct response to strong demand we saw since the start of our service in June 2013. Turkish Airlines has had a strong year since the operation started in June 2013 from Vilnius to Istanbul. We also serve the most popular destinations in the Middle East, the Far East, Africa and Europe. The non-stop service will provide our passengers convenient departure times and better connections from Vilnius via Istanbul,” Turkish Airlines’ Lithuania General Manager H. Serkan Binyar said.
