Discarded Christmas trees to be used for biofuel in Lithuania

Discraded Christmas trees can be left in special large containers with the campaign mark featuring a white Christmas tree against a green background.

The move is aimed at inviting people to give Christmas tree for recycling, thus making them useful until the end. The collected threes will be given as biofuel to heat producers.
