Duma speaker says Russia wants “normal relations” with Baltic states

In the interview, Naryshkin acknowledged that the Baltic states were sovereign and independent countries. Speaking about relations with Latvia specifically, the Duma leader underlined that Latvia must solve the “non-citizens issue” and end what he called “glorification of Nazism”. Asked what steps Moscow would be ready to take, Naryshkin responded that it was “always ready for dialogue.”
