According to calculations by Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (Energy Distribution Operator, or ESO), the decline will allow user save about 10 euros next year.

“Electricity prices are next year declining due to the lower price of distribution services, lower electricity purchase costs as a result of international links with Sweden and Poland. Positive effects have also been observed due to the change in the price of services in line with public interests,” Ramūnas Kiaulėnas of ESO has said.
