Estonian businessman plans 30-storey skyscraper in central Tallinn

In 2013, Äripäev estimated that Miil’s business assets were worth 38.6 million euros.

Miil owns Taali Grupp which has property investments in different parts of Estonia and is developing a high-rise office building in Maakri district in central Tallinn.

Located between Swissotel, Radisson Blu and Postimees building, the foundation works on the 5,200-square-metre property have already started.

According to Mill, the building will only house offices, but no apartments.

“We are not yet signing lease contracts because we don’t know exactly when it will be completed,” said Miil.
