The French diplomat is set to meet with Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, Speaker of the Seimas Viktoras Pranckietis, the national defense and foreign ministers and lawmakers.
The EU negotiator will also attend a meeting of Lithuanian ambassadors.
Meetings will focus on the Brexit negotiation process and its progress, according to the European Commission Representation in Lithuania. Moreover, other foreign, security and defense issues will be discussed in the UK withdrawal context, as well as future ties between Brussels and London.
The United Kingdom and the EU plan to finish the withdrawal negotiations by October, 2018, and Britain will officially leave the EU on March 29, 2019.
