Renatas Požela, head of the State Border Guard Service, has told the LRT television about measures Lithuania is to take to protect its borders.
“[There will be] extra measures like more thorough inspection of people and vehicles. We have certain risk profiles, we profile people and vehicles. All this we are doing to make sure as much as we can that people are not inconvenienced. But enhanced security measures are in place,” Požela says.
