“Russia’s unilateral decision to bring the convoy of humanitarian aid into the territory of Ukraine without the latter’s assent and without the representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross escorting the convoy is a clear violation of international law. Such actions of Russia contradicts earlier agreements among Russia, Ukraine and the Red Cross,” said the permanent representative of Lithuania.
