Lithuania pursues counter-terror cooperation, ForMin tells UK counterpart

“We condemn this terror attack and express our solidarity with the people and the Government of the United Kingdom. We are actively pursuing cooperation with the United Kingdom and international community in the fight against terrorism. I wish strength to all the victims of this horrific attack,” he said.

The ministry said that the Lithuanian embassy in the UK had no information on any Lithuanian citizens killed or injured in the attack.

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis and Viktoras Pranckietis, the speaker of the parliament, also expressed their condolences on Tuesday morning.
