Lithuanian foreign minister urges to speed up EU energy integration at NB8 meeting

Linkevičius said this during a meeting of Nordic and Baltic foreign ministers in Tallinn.

“Our cooperation and closer integration is particularly important in the light of the events in Eastern Ukraine. We must take every effort to ensure that the creation of EU’s common energy market is completed as soon as possible and that the Nordic and Baltic region fully integrates itself into it,” the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry quoted him as saying in a press release on Friday.
