Lithuanian Gas and LESTO to be merged into Energy Distribution Operator

The two companies will be merged into one, according to the press release. The new company will be called Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (Energy Distribution Operator), ESO.

The new company will assume LESTO and Lietuvos Dujos assets, rights and obligations on January 1, 2016.
