Lithuanian university grants honorary doctorate to NBA vice-president Jesus Bueno Pascual

According to LSU Chancellor Mindaugas Balčiūnas, Bueno Pascual is helping the LSU to strengthen ties with the NBA, promote the university’s internationality and Lithuanian basketball.

“Bueno Pascual has made special contribution to the promotion of the LSU’s internationality and has not only delivered lectures and attended seminars at the university but also thanks to him, LSU students have a unique opportunity to do internships at the NBA’s Europe office and get acquainted with the activities of one of the most modern global sports organizations. Bueno Pascual is also active contribution to scientific research carried out by LSU students,” Balčiūnas was quoted as saying in a statement.
