Lithuania’s energmin, transpmin attending economic congress in Poland

“The energy minister will attend the 10th European Economic Congressed in Katowice, Poland and will speak on challenges faced by Europe’s energy industry. The minister is also scheduled to meet with the head of InnoEnergy,” Aurelija Vernickaitė, spokeswoman for the energy minister told BNS Lithuania.

According to the ministry, InnoEnergy was founded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology and leading energy companies. It’s led by Diego Pavia.

The congress’s participants will also include Poland’s Energy Minister Krzysztof Tchorzewski, EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstroem and former European Council President Herman Van Rompuy.
