Lithuania’s Grybauskaitė congratulates Slovenian president on re-election

In her message of congratulations, the Lithuanian president underscored that, over the last decade, Lithuania and Slovenia had consolidated their partnership not only within the European Union and NATO, but also at the bilateral level.

Grybauskaitė expressed confidence that during the second presidential term of the president of Slovenia, Lithuania and Slovenia would continue to develop a successful people-to-people dialogue and that close cooperation on security and European issues would make the continent stronger and open new avenues for our citizens and all Europeans, the Lithuanian President’s Office said.
