Bagdonas has led the center since August, 2014, and Petkevičius served as the center’s director for two years after its establishment, the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense said.
Bagdonas will join the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia.
Currently, representatives of 11 countries, including Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Turkey, the UK, the UDS, the Czech republic and Finland, work at the Vilnius-based NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence. And Ukraine is set to join in.
