“The aid has been collected for a year through various campaigns. Some people contributed by buying riflemen’s badges,” Haroldas Daublys, head of the union’s Group for Assistance to Ukraine, said.
The humanitarian aid will be delivered to people living around Avdiivka, Mariupol and Severodonetsk.
The Group for Assistance to Ukraine provides aid to Ukrainians on a continuous basis.
Members of the group last year delivered blood transfusion equipment to the frontline area. Special military night vision equipment is regularly sent to Lithuania where it is repaired and sent back to the Ukrainian military.
