Riflemen’s Union should develop network among emigrants – new chief

“I see a niche and an opportunity – the new generation of emigrants. We should think about some interest of attracting the new generation of emigrants and attempt to invite them to join the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union, organize some type of training in Lithuania so that they could form companies abroad,” Koryzna told the union’s delegates in Kaunas on Saturday.

“This would foster national patriotic feelings,” he added.

In the officer’s words, riflemen should find their place in the Lithuanian defense concept, give up the unnecessary functions and match them with the Armed Forces and the National Defense Volunteer Forces.
