Lithuanian cheese to be exported to Brazil

Buyers in Brazil will soon be able to taste Džiugas Mild, Džiugas Piquant, and Džiugas Delicate from the Lithuanian dairy Žemaitijos Pienas AB.

Negotiations with a relevant Brazilian institution over veterinary requirements started back in 2011.

VMVT head Jonas Milius says he is pleased that the massive Brazilian market is getting more open for Lithuanian food products.
