We hope that the Honorary Consulate in Klaipėda will help to increase reciprocal cargo flows and maintain intensive cooperation in the area of transportation and logistics,” Lithuanian Deputy Foreign Minister Mantvydas Bekešius said during the opening ceremony.

The ceremony was also attended by Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Guryanov, Lithuanian Ambassador to Belarus Evaldas Ignatavičius, Belarusian Ambassador to Lithuania Alexander Korol, leadership of the City of Klaipėda and heads of Lithuanian and Belarusian companies.
