Both companies in Lithuania were certified as Top Employers after a thorough independent research, which proved their excellence in human resources environment and progressive ‘people-first’ practices. Based on a stringent methodology by the “Top Employers Institute”, thorough analysis done using objective quantitative and qualitative parameters on how the company attracts and retains talents, what learning and development programs the company implements, how employees’ achievements are evaluated and how they are rewarded, including, but not limited to talent and performance, leadership management and so on. Both Philip Morris companies in Lithuania are granted with “Top Employer Lithuania 2019” and “Top Employer Europe 2019” certificates for the fifth consecutive year, while “Top Employer Global 2019” – for the third year in a row. This year more Lithuanian companies decided to participate in the certification process enabling the possibility to rank companies within the country.
