“We understand that people are rushing to prepare for the upcoming euro adoption and deposit cash now, so that on the first day afterwards the money in bank accounts would be automatically converted to euros. Nonetheless, we would like to remind customers that there is no need for urgency as the litas can be deposited using SEB Bank’s ATMs by 25 January,” said Linas Januškevičius, head of SEB Business Development Department.
