Free Masons of Lithuania put on concert for 300-year commemoration.

The United Grand Lodge of England was founded in 1717 and is recognized as the event that brought Masonry into the modern Enlightment era. Freemasons predominantly of the English speaking traditions observe this commemoration around the world. Lithuanian Freemasonry and has been present in various forms from 1776. Today Freemasons are small in number in Lithuania.

The concert was classical music featuring composers Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Joseph Hayden. Also, an original piece by composer and concert organizer, Audris Grybauskas was performed. This debut was dedicated to the event. Over 100 persons were present in the full hall.

The featured music group was Vilnius Arch: a classical music group. Group members are violinist Diemantė Merkevičiūtė, violinist Ieva Daugirdaitė, violinist Ieva Daugirdaitė,on alto Monika Kiknadzė, on cello Elena Daunytė, and on flute Viktorija Zabrodaitė. Introductions were made by actress Alina Ramanauskienė.
